Dr. Jacobs has been in orthodontic practice for over 25 years. He has been a provider for Invisalign since 1999 and earned Elite Provider status in 2010 and Platinum Provider status in 2018.
He has achieved the highest level of clinical training and experience with the Invisalign system. Dr. Jacobs graduated from Ohio State University and earned his orthodontic degree in 1988.
